As from Tuesday 27th August 2019, Ruislip & District ABC will be training at Field End centre, Yeading Avenue, Rayners Lane, HA2 9RH (opposite Field End School, Field End Road)
Training will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm -7:30pm (unless advised otherwise)
Please note - At the new gym there will be sparring so a gum shield will be required.
It is a rule of the club that training is attended on a regular basis.
The subscriptrions are as shown. Now we have a fully euipped gym they will be increased.
Subs were only reduced while we were in temporary accomodationwith no equipment.
Subs will now be as follows;
Juniors £4 per session (over 9)
Seniors £5 per session (over 17)
PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP
THE CLUB WILL BE CLOSED TEMPORARILY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

New members please note
A non-refundable annual membership fee of £30 is required from each member and is used towards the increasing overheads of the club.
